Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Identity and Access Management technology implementations, guiding both current operations and future state architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Implement critical enhancements, bug fixes, and automation across upstream and downstream IAM workflows.
  • Build and enhance integrations, reporting, and workflows between IGA tools and bank applications.
  • Collaborate with application owners and development teams on software onboarding, role design, and access build-outs.
  • Maintain consistency, completeness, and accuracy checks for manually provisioned applications and high-risk systems.
  • Fulfill audit and exam requests through data queries, user lists, and evidence walkthroughs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with ActiveRoles and Active Directory (AD).
  • Experience managing Entra and AWS Cloud IAM.
  • Technical knowledge of PAM and IGA tool integrations.
  • Ability to design authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Experience with role and access design for application onboarding.
  • Degree in any field of study.
