Description

You will manage and configure identity and access management solutions using the Ping Identity suite, owning the release pipeline for SSO integrations and authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support PingFederate and PingAccess for SSO integrations.
• Implement authentication and authorization protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
• Manage LDAP server environments including PingDirectory and PingDirectoryProxy.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving load balancing, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Execute ITIL processes for Change, Incident, Problem, and Release Management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT roles.
• Hands-on expertise with PingFederate and PingAccess configuration.
• Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID protocols.
• Experience with WAM (Gateway) integrations.
• Proficiency with Ansible, Python, and Shell scripts for automation.
• Knowledge of Ping One APIs for MFA support.
• Understanding of SSL handshakes, certificates, and encryption.
• 5+ years of IAM (Web Access Management) experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Java programming experience with PingFederate and Ping Access APIs.
• UI development skills using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, or Velocity Framework.
