Description

You will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of SailPoint ISC for identity lifecycle management and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SailPoint connectors, rules, and workflows to meet compliance requirements.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Workday, and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot issues related to access provisioning, entitlements, and identity synchronization.
• Implement and enforce security policies and governance controls to reduce identity risk.
• Provide technical guidance on SailPoint topics to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in information security, identity governance, or IAM engineering.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing IGA solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityNow.
• Strong understanding of identity governance concepts (JML, RBAC, access reviews).
• Experience configuring application connectors (SCIM, JDBC, AD, REST).
• Familiarity with SailPoint rule development (Beanshell/Java) and transform scripts.
• Knowledge of secure architecture and integration with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, release management).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
