Description

Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-scale IAM solutions using SailPoint.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve IAM solutions with SailPoint IdentityNow as the core platform.
• Develop identity governance processes, including access certifications, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, directories, applications, and cloud platforms.
• Drive RBAC, separation of duties (SoD), and least privilege enforcement.
• Provide technical leadership for IAM roadmaps, upgrades, and architecture optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Deep expertise with SailPoint (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow).
• Proficiency with LDAP and Active Directory (AD).
• Experience integrating with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Strong development skills in BeanShell, Java, XML, and REST APIs.
• Experience managing identity lifecycles, onboarding/offboarding, role mining, and certification campaigns.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect).
• Experience with Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or ForgeRock.
