Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise IAM strategies within a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and deployment of SSO, MFA, PAM, and IGA technologies.
• Oversee user access governance across hybrid environments.
• Integrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and Jack Henry.
• Enforce IAM policies and regulatory standards including FFIEC, GLBA, GDPR, SOX, and PCI DSS.
• Drive IAM automation using Python, PowerShell, and Terraform.
• Mentor IAM engineers and lead incident response efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IAM experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep technical expertise in Okta, SailPoint, and Azure AD.
• Experience with Active Directory and Jack Henry systems.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Terraform for automation.
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and cloud IAM.
• Experience managing compliance for FFIEC, SOX, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, or CIAM certification.
