Description

You will architect, configure, and integrate IBM Sterling Order Management (DOM) solutions to drive end-to-end fulfillment for DTC operations.

Responsibilities

• Customize Sterling DOM modules including sourcing, scheduling, and payments.
• Design new OMS components and microservices using Java/J2EE and REST/SOAP.
• Integrate OMS with ERP, eCommerce, CRM, WMS, and logistics systems via API and service-oriented architecture.
• Optimize system performance and configure containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage the DTC backlog by translating business requirements into prioritized development tasks.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, environment monitoring, code reviews, and production on-call rotations.
• Mentor junior engineers on Sterling DOM best practices and integration strategies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with IBM Sterling DOM/OMS (version 10+) and DTC supply chain workflows.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE including Servlets, EJB, and JSP.
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSD, XSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with asynchronous messaging such as MQ or JMS.
• Experience with containerized and cloud platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and middleware like WebSphere or MQ Series.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
