Description

You will own the development, customization, and maintenance of IBM Sterling DOM solutions and DTC supply chain workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new OMS components and microservices using Java/J2EE, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrate the OMS with ERP, eCommerce, CRM, WMS, and logistics systems via service-oriented architecture.
• Translate business requirements from the DTC backlog into development tasks, implementing updates and tracking delivery.
• Optimize system performance, configure cloud deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), and participate in CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with IBM Sterling DOM/OMS (version 10+) and DTC supply chain workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE (Servlets, EJB, JSP) and XML/XSD/XSL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and asynchronous messaging (MQ, JMS).
• Hands-on experience with containerized/cloud platforms, specifically Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Expertise in SQL and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Proficiency with middleware like WebSphere and MQ Series.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, SDLC best practices, and Microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve technical and operational challenges.
