Key Skills: RPG, ILE RPG, CL, DDS, IFS, IBM i, AS/400, iSeries, SQL, DB2

Good to Have Skills: Basic knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT and ANSI X12. Experience with system-level and structured programming methodologies. Knowledge of 3PL, warehouse, and distribution center processes. Experience working in complex, mission-critical, high-availability environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain EDI applications on IBM i platforms
• Develop and optimize solutions using RPG, ILE RPG, CL, IFS and SQL
• Perform system-level and structured programming following best practices for performance, stability, and maintainability
• Integrate and maintain existing and new customers within the ISIS ERP system
• Implement and support 3PL Distribution Center warehouse integrations for seamless operations
• Ensure seamless EDI process integration across customers, partners, and logistics providers
• Attend daily EDI project status meetings with project leadership to communicate priorities and progress
• Analyze requirements, create technical concepts, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions
• Support production systems, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with international teams across IT, EDI, logistics, and business operations

Experience Required: Extensive hands-on experience as an IBM i / AS/400 / iSeries developer with strong mastery of RPG and ILE RPG. Proven experience integrating EDI processes, customers, and logistics partners. Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work in complex, mission-critical, high-availability environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with fluent English communication skills
