Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for mainframe applications, focusing on test data management and functional validation.

Responsibilities

• Create test data, test procedures, and predetermined results to support testing requirements.
• Develop testing strategies, test cases, and test data conditions for ALC and Java code.
• Execute compare tools to identify differences in output data and record results in EWM/RTC.
• Maintain test plans and traceability mappings to ensure functionalities meet stated requirements.
• Provide defect resolution support and participate in Scrum calls and technical reviews.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Requirements Analysis, Functional Test Planning, and Test Execution/Management.
• 7-10 years of experience with Job Control Language (JCL), including SORT Joinkeys Statements.
• 7-10 years of experience with Restructured Extended Executor (REXX).
• Working knowledge of RQM.
• Experience with Control-M.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Strong analytical skills and mainframe environment experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy Masterfile (IMF or BMF), IRS/BMF/IMF/CADE 2, or active IRS MBI clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
