Description

Manage and troubleshoot IBM MQ environments and related IT infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex system and application issues using advanced analytical methods.
• Collaborate with L1 Support to provide technical guidance and insights for issue resolution.
• Escalate critical challenges to L3 Support in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and execute assigned projects and implement new functionality.
• Interact with stakeholders to solve problems and support infrastructure requirements.

Required Skills

• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex systems and applications.
• Technical and system expertise in relevant IT workstreams.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change (IPC) Management.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and project coordination capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Capital Markets domain knowledge.
• Experience with BMC Control-M, Cross File Transfer (CFT), Connect Direct, or NetBackup.
