Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and support identity and authentication services using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement and maintain SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Configure and integrate applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Automate identity processes and improve access governance.
• Troubleshoot identity issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure secure access.

Experience Required:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Experience integrating applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication, and access governance.
• Experience troubleshooting identity platforms and supporting production environments.
