Description

Lead technical implementation tasks, data migration processes, and client support for software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates for data migrations, updates, and technical client requests.
• Execute data migrations and manage configuration requests with efficient solutions.
• Own software defect tracking by documenting bugs, researching issues, and validating fixes.
• Develop system test plans and user acceptance test criteria in coordination with customers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Proficiency in ASP.Net C# development in Visual Studio.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience in software implementation, consulting, or working closely with implementation teams.
• Strong understanding of development and production environments, technical architectures, databases, web services, and integration software.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• IT-related degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Architect.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft SSIS.
