Description

You will drive technical client requests and data migrations within complex software implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates for data migration, data updates, and technical client requests.
• Execute data migrations, data updates, and configuration requests.
• Manage software defect tracking by documenting bugs, researching issues, and validating fixes.
• Develop system test plans and user acceptance test criteria in collaboration with customers.
• Deliver accurate project status reports to stakeholders and suggest business process improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with ASP.Net, C# development in Visual Studio, and Microsoft SSIS.
• Proficiency with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Strong understanding of technical architectures, including databases, web services, and integration software.
• Ability to work across development and production environments.
• Proven experience in software implementation, software consulting, or working closely with implementation teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Professional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Architect.
• Experience working in Microsoft Azure.
• Background in Intellectual Property, legal industries, or partner environments.
