Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the complete client integration and onboarding process from start to finish.
• Guide client technical teams through the integration process and provide technical support.
• Plan and consult with client marketing teams on use cases and solution development.
• Coordinate between internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure seamless continuity between Sales and Customer Success teams throughout the process.
• Reduce time to revenue recognition and provide customers with fast and effective onboarding experience.

Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in Implementation with strong technical knowledge to help clients make appropriate customizations.

Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Science or relevant educational background
