Description

Own the complete client integration and onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring seamless continuity between Sales and Customer Success teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide client technical teams through REST API integration and provide ongoing technical support for Android and iOS platforms.
• Plan and consult with client marketing teams on use cases, solution development, and appropriate customizations.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and reduce time to revenue recognition.
• Manage documentation and technical integration workflows to provide a fast, effective onboarding experience.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical implementation or project management roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of REST APIs and mobile app integration (Android/iOS).
• Experience with client onboarding, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Science or equivalent background.
• Ability to guide client teams through complex technical customizations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, and information security best practices.
