Description

Responsibilities

• Review schedules, work orders, risk registers, and quality plans.
• Develop and refine project execution strategies.
• Oversee field activities and coach technical crews.
• Coordinate vendor resources and project activities.
• Participate in project strategy and planning meetings.
• Monitor execution, risks, quality, and schedule performance.
• Analyze issues and develop effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10–16 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in nuclear or regulated industrial environments.
• Nuclear plant refueling/project experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience with enterprise management/project software.
• Knowledge of ASME Section XI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
