Develop and configure Informatica Customer 360 (C360) solutions for Customer Master Data Management.
Configure business entities, data models, hierarchies, relationships, and reference data.
Develop Match & Merge logic, Survivorship Rules, validation rules, and duplicate prevention strategies.
Implement data quality, profiling, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and deduplication processes using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
Build and support integrations between Informatica MDM and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and third-party data providers (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet).
Develop REST/SOAP API integrations, batch interfaces, and data synchronization processes.
Configure Data Stewardship workflows, exception handling, approval workflows, and manual review processes.
Develop and optimize MDM batch jobs, workflows, mappings, and automation.
Participate in data migration, data profiling, reconciliation, and production deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, unit test cases, and support knowledge transfer activities.
Collaborate with Architects, QA teams, and business users during SIT, UAT, and Production rollout.
Required Skills
5–8 years of IT experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM (Customer 360 / Multidomain MDM).
Strong knowledge of Customer Master Data Management.
Hands-on experience with Informatica Customer 360 (C360).
