You will lead security operations to protect information assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations including threat monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Manage security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident investigation.
• Integrate security controls into existing systems through collaboration with IT teams.
• Mentor junior security analysts and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information security roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong administration experience with Microsoft systems including Active Directory, M365/O365, and Azure.
• Technical knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, NIST, and PCI DSS frameworks.
• Proficiency in threat analysis, incident response, and risk management.
• Experience with FFIEC, NCUA, and GLBA compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
• Experience in the financial services or credit union industry.
