Description

You will own infrastructure security, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessment for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess applications and system deployments for vulnerabilities and design flaws, prioritizing remediation based on risk.
• Research threats and attack vectors impacting infrastructure and security posture.
• Build and enhance vulnerability scanning capabilities to detect security issues across systems at scale.
• Engage with Product, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to implement comprehensive security controls.
• Respond to external vulnerability reports and incidents according to security protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure security, authentication, security protocols, and cryptography.
• 4+ years of experience in security assessment methodologies, including threat modeling, design reviews, and penetration testing.
• Proficiency in Python and Go for security tooling and automation.
• Strong understanding of network security and supply chain security.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and risk assessment.
• Ability to devise secure-by-default frameworks, architectures, and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security research, bug bounty programs, and CTF competitions.
• Programming proficiency in Rust or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, CSPM, and system hardening.
