Description

You will own the company-wide security posture, from infrastructure hardening to incident response.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve security practices across infrastructure, systems, and workflows.
• Lead vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response efforts end-to-end.
• Design and implement automated security solutions using Python to build internal tooling.
• Secure Linux-based environments across endpoints, servers, and internal systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate security into development and operational processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven, broad experience across multiple areas of information security.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience securing Linux-based environments.
• Proficiency in Python with demonstrated experience automating security workflows.
• Experience with vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.
• Track record of building or implementing security processes and tools from scratch.
• Background operating in startup or high-growth environments with full-stack ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with thoughtful problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in or experience securing emerging AI and agentic system workflows.
