Description

Scale and automate security integration into the software development lifecycle through large-scale automation solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions for security activities.
• Run pipeline integrations using container and static code scanners to triage issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify, track, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Establish and report on key performance indicators related to vulnerability scans.
• Educate engineering and product management teams on emerging security threats and processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development or related fields with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in Python and the Python ecosystem.
• Experience with static and container scanning tools such as Checkmarx, Coverity, or Snyk.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD environments like Gitlab CI or Jenkins.
• Strong system integration and workflow automation skills across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Background in full-stack engineering and DevOps methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or AWS.
• Hands-on work with microservices architecture, ServiceMesh, and API gateway infrastructure.
• Experience managing security in hybrid cloud environments.
