Description

You will lead the definition and implementation of security measures, architecture, and policies for Identity and Access Management across cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide IAM advisory to developers, architects, and DevOps teams regarding cloud and on-premises enterprise technology.
• Develop and implement strategic IAM frameworks to mitigate risks and prevent breaches.
• Craft, update, and enforce IAM policies and guidelines in alignment with industry standards.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation actions.
• Perform gap analyses against information security control frameworks like ISO, ISF, and NIST.
• Support development teams by translating security requirements into solution proposals for software projects.
• Monitor compliance with information protection laws and review the effectiveness of existing IT/OT security controls.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in roles focusing on IAM in on-prem and Cloud scenarios.
• Strong expertise in IAM, Access Management, and Information Security.
• Practical experience with Cloud-Native Applications and Cloud-native solutions.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts for Web Services API, APIs, and Containers.
• Proficiency in Vulnerability Assessment and risk evaluation.
• Knowledge of security technologies, encryption methods, access controls, and authentication mechanisms.
• Ability to conduct security reviews and major vendor assessments.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks and propose effective mitigations.
• Any Graduate degree (Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or a relevant field preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
