Description

Provide technical leadership for an engineering team focused on project work and third-tier escalations within an on-prem Microsoft Server environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team through complex technical projects and troubleshooting escalations.
• Monitor and maintain the on-prem Microsoft Server environment, implementing configuration changes for routine and complex tasks.
• Manage and track change management requests through formal processes.
• Troubleshoot large-scale issues in collaboration with InfoSec, Network Operations, and Cloud Operations.
• Integrate new standards, specifications, and technologies into existing operational methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical operations or related technology support roles.
• 3+ years of engineering-level technical operations experience.
• SME-level expertise in Microsoft 365 platform technologies, including Entra, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Security.
• Administrative experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server environments.
• Experience managing on-prem server environments.
• Proficiency with ticket mechanics using ServiceNow or Jira.
• Technical leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across technical operations, Network Operations, and Cloud Operations.

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
