Description

You will engineer and maintain mainframe infrastructure, ensuring operational stability for critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain mainframe infrastructure environments.
• Utilize Z/OS and related systems for daily operational support.
• Manage and execute mainframe job control language (JCL) workflows.
• Handle database interactions using SQL on mainframe platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe infrastructure engineering.
• Deep knowledge of z/OS architectures and internals.
• Expertise in IBM Mainframe System components: JCL, CICS, SQL, z/OS, DB2, IMS, VSAM, XML, TSO/ISPF.
• Experience with mainframe security concepts, including pervasive encryption and audit support.
• Familiarity with zSecure tool and its customization language, Carla.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of mainframe security related to key management.
