Description

Lead the design, architecture, and management of enterprise end-user computing and infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and solution roadmaps from POC through full lifecycle with minimal direction.
• Design and manage Windows 10 deployments, including in-place upgrades, OS refreshes, and replacements.
• Develop end-to-end provisioning processes using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and manage VDI or DaaS solutions, including OS imaging, cloud desktops, and user profile engineering.
• Manage endpoint security, security patching, firmware upgrades, and device driver updates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in End User Computing and Infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in VDI and/or DaaS implementation using VMware or Microsoft.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune for Windows 10 deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot and modern OS deployment mechanics.
• Experience with co-management strategies combining Intune and MECM.
• Proficiency in Azure cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Image Library.
• Experience using Terraform or Nerdio for cloud management.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript, and WMI for automation.
• Proficiency with Apple iOS/hardware and Android mobile products in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application packaging and Group Policy management.
