Own the modern endpoint management strategy and engineering solutions for the Device and Data organization, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Intune, SCCM Co-management, WaaS, and Autopilot for zero-touch deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues as the final IT escalation level.
• Drive successful migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using modern management technologies.
• Document solutions, SOPs, and endpoint configuration standards while managing vendor relationships.
• Lead hardware testing and selection across business areas and present recommendations to management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years’ experience in End User Technologies and Active Directory.
• Deep expertise in Group Policy, SCCM, and Microsoft O365.
• Proven experience with VMWare, VDI, and Application packaging.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Experience with Windows as a Service (WaaS) and BitLocker encryption.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions such as Airwatch, MobileIron, or JAMF.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and follow best practices.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years managing macOS/iOS deployments.
• Experience with ITIL infrastructure operations best practices.
