Description

You will lead modern endpoint management initiatives and engineering solutions for device and data organizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement key initiatives involving Intune (MAM-WE), SCCM, and Windows as a Service.
• Own the engineering solutions for current states and future visions aligned to product roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues as the final IT escalation level.
• Document technical solutions, SOPs, and endpoint configuration standards.
• Manage hardware testing and selection across multiple business areas.
• Drive smooth product transitions to operations using ITIL best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in End User Technologies.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy.
• Proven experience with SCCM, SCCM Co-management, and Intune implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 7, 10, and 11, including successful Windows 11 migrations.
• Advanced knowledge of Autopilot, zero-touch deployments, and Windows as a Service (WaaS).
• Proficiency in writing and executing PowerShell scripts.
• Experience managing macOS/iOS deployments for at least 3 years.
• Technical background in VMWare, VDI, and application packaging.
• Familiarity with encryption methods such as BitLocker and Checkpoint.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Background in MDM solutions such as Airwatch, MobileIron, or JAMF.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline like Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
