Description

You will lead server infrastructure projects and manage Wintel and VMware compute teams to deliver scalable design plans.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy application servers to modern OS platforms on-premise or in the cloud.
• Design and implement hardware and OS solutions for global data centers, plants, and offices.
• Maintain Windows servers across 400+ locations to ensure zero production impact.
• Plan and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) site designs and high availability for critical services.
• Assess infrastructure to identify performance bottlenecks, architectural gaps, and single points of failure.

Required Skills

• Experience with VMware virtualization products including vSphere, ESX, VDI, NSX, and vROPS.
• Microsoft Azure cloud administration.
• AWS cloud administration with experience migrating critical applications to AWS IaaS.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring physical and virtual servers, Microsoft OS, AD, and DHCP.
• Ability to work in a project-driven and agile environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for client management reviews.
• Develop solution architectures for private, public, and hybrid cloud models including IaaS and PaaS.
