Description

You will lead end-to-end infrastructure programs, managing multiple technologies, workstreams, and cross-functional implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive program execution, progress tracking, and accountability across infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage portfolio prioritization, interdependencies, and sequencing of projects.
• Own risk, issue, and dependency management, including mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Facilitate working groups, program reviews, and executive steering committees.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party providers while managing program financials.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Program Manager delivering complex infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong understanding of network and infrastructure delivery, including circuit ordering (non-DIA) and turn-up processes.
• Knowledge of routers, core/access switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and servers.
• Ability to read network diagrams and understand connection flows.
• General understanding of data center operations, including power, HVAC, and rack planning.
• Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PgMP, PMP, or CSM certification.
• CCNA certification.
• Experience with Cisco wireless and networking solutions.
