Description

You will lead the strategic design and implementation of long-term architecture plans and tactical monitoring tool management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic goals and tactical plans for managing various monitoring tools.
• Provide architectural expertise and direction to Systems Analysts, Engineers, and software development teams.
• Develop and document plans for systems architecture investment, including cost reduction analysis.
• Oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems and document the technology portfolio.
• Define monitoring requirements and processes through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience developing and implementing strategic systems architecture plans.
• Deep expertise in IBM Watson AIOps Manager, Splunk Log Management, and Dynatrace APM/Observability.
• Hands-on experience with NetScout and DXNETOPS (Spectrum, Performance Center, VNA, NetFlow Analysis).
• Experience deploying IBM Watson AIOps components as Docker containers within OCP clusters.
• Strong understanding of OpenShift (OCP) or Kubernetes, including resource management and workload resizing.
• Practical knowledge of managing persistent volume classes and backing up components like Cassandra, Postgres, and ASM.
• Experience architecting monitoring tools over OCP Kubernetes clusters for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Deep understanding of AIOps and result-driven systems for root cause identification.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices, laws, and software evaluation principles.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience architecting monitoring tools specifically within OpenShift environments.
