Description

You will support operations and maintenance of the human capital technology stack running primarily on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain application environments and databases following industry best practices and security guidance.
• Monitor, analyze, and tune system and application performance.
• Plan and support patch management and application/platform upgrades.
• Work with security engineers to resolve non-compliance and vulnerability issues.
• Assist team members with research and troubleshooting of system errors and performance problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or system administration.
• Proficiency with AWS services.
• Experience managing ServiceNow.
• Experience with multiple databases.
• Knowledge of Drupal and containerization.
• Bachelor's degree.
