Description

You will lead large-scale training projects and manage the end-to-end delivery of learning and change strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage training projects for large-scale transformations, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Lead small teams through quality assurance, reviews, and resource allocation management.
• Develop training collateral including curricula, course outlines, storyboards, and nano-videos for ILTs and WBTs.
• Support change management activities through impact analysis, readiness surveys, and engagement communications.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies while communicating status to client leadership.

Required Skills

• 7 to 12 years of experience in learning and development, organization design, change management, or digital/cloud solutions.
• Proven expertise in Instructional Design and curriculum development.
• Experience with content development, storyboarding, and storyboard visualization.
• Proficiency in learning needs analysis and designing learning paths or journeys.
• Hands-on experience with recording and authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, or UPK.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
• Strong project management skills, including resource estimation and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead teams and drive people development.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
