You will own the design and delivery of technical training programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses to define instructional strategies and curriculum structure for system rollouts.
- Design, develop, and facilitate technical system training, webinars, and user workshops.
- Serve as lead developer for e-Learning content, creating storyboards, modules, and assessments.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex information into job aids and manuals.
- Ensure e-Learning modules integrate into the LMS adhering to SCORM compliance.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency with e-Learning authoring tools: Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
- Proven expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Strong understanding of SCORM standards and digital learning platform best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and script instructional and communications video content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
- Demonstrated success managing content development alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple development tracks simultaneously.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Any Graduate degree required.
