You will own the design and delivery of technical training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analyses to define instructional strategies and curriculum structure for system rollouts.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate technical system training, webinars, and user workshops.
  • Serve as lead developer for e-Learning content, creating storyboards, modules, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex information into job aids and manuals.
  • Ensure e-Learning modules integrate into the LMS adhering to SCORM compliance.

Required Skills

  • Expert proficiency with e-Learning authoring tools: Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Strong understanding of SCORM standards and digital learning platform best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and script instructional and communications video content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated success managing content development alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple development tracks simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Any Graduate degree required.
