You design and implement integration solutions while guiding development teams to deliver consistent results.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into feasible, high-quality integration solutions.
• Drive system architecture while respecting organizational strategy, non-functional requirements, and availability.
• Guide multiple development teams and consultants through the entire integration phase of projects.
• Perform root cause analysis and define optimal solutions in collaboration with technical architects and QA teams.
• Monitor technology trends and translate opportunities into business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with SOA/Integration patterns and Microservices.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and design scalable architectures.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
