Description

Lead the migration of over 800 integrations from existing designs to a future-state architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TIBCO migration effort by using AI to analyze mapping files and translate them into future-state designs.
• Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven integrations, executing lift-and-shift or re-architecting tasks.
• Write and maintain scalable Python code for data transformation and process automation.
• Build and deploy services using GCP Cloud Run to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align on integration strategy, system dependencies, and data flow.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event streaming platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, transformation, and service development.
• Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform, specifically Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and GCP-native data services.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL systems, specifically MongoDB.
• Ability to use AI/ML tools or LLMs to parse, analyze, or reverse engineer code and mapping logic.
• Proven ability to lead migration initiatives and identify technical risks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or other modern integration platforms.
• Familiarity with retail system architecture including ERP, POS, or CRM.
