Description

Lead the technical direction and development of high-visibility iOS applications. You will own core product components and mentor a team of iOS developers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and prototype new features for iOS applications.
• Review and approve software design and code produced by team members.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and design teams to define features and intuitive application flows.
• Estimate feature sizing and participate in the full Agile SDLC, including iterative development and design sessions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong command of object-oriented principles.
• 5+ years of experience architecting, designing, and developing iOS applications.
• Proven track record of releasing multiple applications into the App Store, including at least one from inception to launch.
• Expertise in Swift 3/4, Objective-C, Xcode, and Interface Builder.
• Deep understanding of the iOS platform, associated toolchains, and RESTful API integration.
• Strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience tuning and working with high-volume mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading iOS developers and representing the team in architectural discussions.
