Description

Lead technical direction and development for high-visibility iOS applications while mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and prototype new features for iOS applications.
• Review and approve software design and code produced by team members.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and design teams to define features and application flows.
• Estimate feature sizing and participate in the full Agile SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with strong object-oriented principles.
• 5+ years architecting and developing iOS applications.
• Proven track record of releasing multiple apps to the App Store, including at least one from inception to launch.
• Expertise in Swift 3/4, Objective-C, Xcode, and Interface Builder.
• Deep understanding of the iOS platform, toolchains, and RESTful API integration.
• Strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience tuning high-volume mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading iOS developers and representing the team in architectural discussions.
