Description

You will lead native iOS development focused on performance, scalability, and connecting content with commerce.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development in Swift for commerce and editorial use cases.
• Architect reusable components and patterns that scale across modules and teams.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate new services and APIs.
• Improve app performance, startup time, and overall user experience.
• Triage bugs, crashes, and performance regressions using observability tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience building iOS applications.
• Deep knowledge of Swift and iOS SDKs.
• Experience integrating with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Familiarity with app performance tooling and mobile observability.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce or content delivery apps.
• Background integrating native apps with headless CMS or Shopify.
• Experience leading or mentoring other mobile engineers.
