Description

Design, build, and support customer-facing e-commerce applications for Apple mobile devices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable iOS applications using native programming and Apple frameworks.
• Manage the full mobile development lifecycle, including documentation, code reviews, and test automation.
• Optimize and integrate API calls following client/server communication principles.
• Implement continuous integration and deployment workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on mobile applications.
• 4+ years of hands-on iOS native development using Swift and Objective-C.
• 4+ years of experience with React Native for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
• Proficiency with Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.
• Deep understanding of UIKit, threading, performance tuning, and offline storage.
• Strong OOP skills and knowledge of design patterns including MVC, Delegation, Singleton, Factory, and Adapter.
• Experience with unit testing using XCTest/OCUnit and version control via Git.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Maven, JSON Web Token, and push notifications.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Cordova Plugins.
• Published one or more iOS apps in the App Store.
