Description

You will manage and maintain IRIIS for Health environments within Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production IRIIS servers hosted on GCP.
• Identify and resolve issues on production clusters, including purging and bringing IRIIS nodes back online.
• Monitor event logs and utilize Message Viewer to diagnose system behavior.
• Support IRIIS for Health image upgrades.
• Assist L1 Ops teams by identifying and flagging issues via Grafana and logging observability dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with IRIIS for Health environments.
• Direct experience troubleshooting production IRIIS servers.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Working knowledge of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Proficiency with observability tools including Grafana and logging systems.
• Experience with production cluster management and node recovery.
• Any Graduate degree.
