Description

You will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IRIIS for Health environments hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on production IRIIS servers and clusters.
• Manage node recovery, including purging and bringing IRIIS nodes back online.
• Monitor event logs and use Message Viewer to diagnose system behavior.
• Support IRIIS for Health image upgrades.
• Flag issues to L1 Ops teams using Grafana and observability dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IRIIS for Health environments.
• Direct experience troubleshooting production IRIIS servers.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Working knowledge of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Proficiency with Grafana and logging systems.
• Experience with production cluster management and node recovery.
