Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing heavily on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions emphasizing Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems for data flow and process automation.
• Gather requirements and provide technical guidance by working with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and process owners.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Experience with Risk Management and Audit Management within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in configuring and extending ServiceNow applications.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions and drive module rollouts.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Architects to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
• Knowledge of various Authentication mechanisms for risk identification.
