Description

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Integrated Risk Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for Policy, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems for data flow and automation.
• Gather technical requirements and provide guidance to stakeholders, Business Analysts, and process owners.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Experience with Risk Management and Audit Management within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in configuring and extending ServiceNow applications.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions and drive module rollouts.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Architects to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
• Knowledge of various Authentication mechanisms for risk identification.
