Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation through documentation, configuration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications and design documents.
• Develop, deploy, and execute test strategies using manual and automated tools.
• Document technical issues and participate in their end-to-end resolution.
• Track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in requirements development and test case execution.
• Proficiency with SQL for running queries and generating reports.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and QA methodologies.
• Ability to analyze log files and understand technical specifications.
• Experience creating process flow diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with industry standard claims, billing, or EHR systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of EDI X12 standards.
