Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications tailored for field operations
• Develop features that support data synchronization and functionality in low-connectivity environments
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure the high performance and responsiveness of mobile applications
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements
• Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality, documented code standards
• Design and implement robust mobile applications ensuring high performance, stability, and offline functionality

Experience Required: Overall 8 years of experience with 5+ years specifically in mobile application development. Proven portfolio of deployed Android/iOS applications required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
