Description

You will maintain and troubleshoot complex SAP environments, collaborating with distributed teams across Europe and India.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize and debug SAP SD modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP systems.
• Manage incidents and track progress using the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform retro-engineering tasks and contribute to SAP Workflow Management initiatives.
• Collaborate with extended teams to ensure stable IT operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SD customization and debugging.
• Proficiency in ABAP development and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing for incident management.
• Strong understanding of SAP Workflow Management and retro-engineering principles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
