You will drive complex system implementations and lead technical workshops for business lines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, trainings, and documentation sessions for business stakeholders.
• Analyze problems by breaking down complex tasks into manageable components.
• Conduct independent research to identify root causes and anticipate implementation obstacles.
• Apply knowledge of business administration policies and operational concepts to IT solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP Financials.
• Extensive knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
• Working experience utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts.
• Strong skills in facilitation, elicitation, and presentation.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to analyze relationships between different problem components.
