Description

You will own the design and implementation of IT and Security automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of automation solutions to streamline operational processes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and frameworks using scripting languages.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automation workflows.
• Automate identity and access management, security monitoring, patch management, and compliance reporting.
• Document automation processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures, reporting on savings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on IT or Security automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience integrating automation with ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Familiarity with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and practical experience in API integrations.
• Any Graduate degree.
