Drive requirements definition and solution analysis for complex enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex systems and processes to identify root causes and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and maintain sprint and product backlogs.
• Create and maintain Business Process Models, flow charts, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with System Integration Testing (IT Testing) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst on large-scale projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for managing Epics, Stories, and Test Cases.
• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and data flow diagrams.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms like Oracle and SQL Server.
• Ability to perform business and system process analysis and documentation.
• Proven ability to translate client strategy into technical requirements.
• Experience documenting Test Strategy and executing Test Cases.
