Lead requirement gathering and analysis to drive business process improvements. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed requirement gathering and analysis to define project scope.
• Map business processes using design thinking methodologies to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive requirement specifications, flowcharts, and logical diagrams for technical teams.
• Implement process improvements across the entire project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and validation processes.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure.
• Certifications in AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
